90 years old, & my favourite drink is Arkells 3b
I`ve been drinking at The Tavern Inn for 52 years.
The Tavern Inn is a real farmers pub with 7 out of 10 of the regulars coming from surrounding farms. I enjoy the daily banter and conversations with many of the customers who come in. In my younger days the squire of the land made me his Gameskeeper as he preferred me working on his land rather than poaching on his land. Having drunk here for 52 years I have earned the right to my own chair with my name on a plaque and photo on the wall (taken by the Sun Newspaper). I am still an active member of the skittles team and have yet to meet a better player. In fact I think I am the oldest skittles player around.
