The Volunteer Inn is a typical 17th century building standing at the lower end of Chipping Campden's historic High Street.

The Volunteer Inn has:- three double, one twin and one triple bedroom. All are en-suite with Colour TV and Tea/Coffee making facilities.

  - from £40 per person per night

Prices include English or Continental Breakfast

Continental tray breakfasts can be served in rooms for early risers!
Please note there can be some noise from the pub at busy times.

Bars & Restaurant

The Volunteer has two bars - the back bar is no smoking where you can enjoy a drink or sample something from our unique menu which incorporates locally sourced produce. The lounge bar has a traditional Cotswold pub atmosphere and in the winter benefits from a roaring log fire. There is a large choice of real ales and numerous CAMRA awards have been won in recent years.

It gives us great pleasure to welcome you to The Maharaja at the Volunteer Inn, and indeed, to the wonderful experience of Pan Asian cuisine which awaits.

We prepare mainly firm favourites with which we're sure you will be familiar, but additionally we hope you try some of the new and exciting dishes especially prepared by our Chef.

The variety of starters chosen for your enjoyment combine to create a glorious fusion of flavours and exotic taste from the many varied regions throughout Asia. All our dishes are prepared with a fine regard fro remaining true to the methods and tastes of their origin, using only the finest ingredients and authentic spices.

Beer Garden

In the summer we have a fantastic beer garden at the rear of the Inn and a courtyard near the entrance.

The Volunteer attracts locals, tourists, ramblers, cyclists, business people and families alike.
